Visas issued to Afghan team for Pak-Afghanistan ODI series

The one-day series between Pakistan and Afghanistan came to life once again, with visas being issued to the Afghanistan team for resolving logistical issues and making the series possible.
Confirming the visa, the PCB spokesman said that three ODIs have been scheduled between Pakistan and Afghanistan. The Afghanistan Cricket Board wants to host these matches in Sri Lanka.
The series is to be hosted by Afghanistan, but due to the changing political situation in Afghanistan and the Corona Lockdown in Sri Lanka, the conduct of the series is still in question.
A few weeks ago, Afghanistan was asked to play the series in Pakistan. The offer was also made by the PCB but Afghanistan chose Sri Lanka to host the series.
The spokesman said that the PCB could consider hosting the series only if requested by the Afghanistan Board. The series between Pakistan and Afghanistan could be held between September 3 and 9, but the regular schedule of the series has not been released yet. ۔
Federal Minister for Information Fawad Chaudhry has confirmed that Pakistan has issued visas to the Afghan cricket team, praying that the Afghan cricket team will bring smiles to the faces of its people.
